Finally, the color restoration of
Fleet Landing (phase 1) is complete!
The first set of pictures were taken the day we started the color restoration.
As you can see, the tile roof is dirty, and has multiple replacement
roof tiles that are a different color.

After washing with Alberson's RTC 5000 Roof Tile Cleaner, it is apparent that cosmetically, this tile roof has seen better days. The customers have a roofing company that does their repairs, but there is nothing the roofing company can do about the appearance. And that is where we come in.

The "White" seen on the cleaned tile roof is blue paint that was used by the roofing company to cover their repairs. Paint does not last on a tile roof, so this is what happens. |
After the roofing company has completed all repairs, and the tile roof has been washed with Alberson's RTC 5000 Roof Tile Cleaner, it is time to start our 4 part restoration process. The pictures below show the tile roof after color restoration. The customer chose to go back to their original Wedgewood Blue with an accent color. The variances in the blue in some of the photos is because of the different locations of the sun. The tile roof is all Wedgewood Blue.
