What a nice way to start the day!!!

"Alberson's matched the roof to the house color of my home in 1995 or 96 because 
the original tiles were discontinued .  I was extremely satisfied.  However, the 
color has faded dramatically and the roof no longer matches the color of the 
body of the house.  The color is a very light ivory.  House is located at (removed), Ponte Vedra Beach.  Can this roof be redone?  Also, approximately 
what would it cost?  The color I would like to match  is the same as the body of 
the house.  Benjamin Moore (I have the paint #).   I am not in a big hurry, know 
you are a long way from PVB; but do know that you do come this way.  We were

Algae Armor

Alberson's Algae Armor is a Potassium Silicate, a form of liquid glass that seals and water proofs unsealed exteriors.  This product is easy to apply by using a pump-up sprayer with two light coats, in a cross direction.  Algae Armor is GREAT for driveways, pavers, concrete, clay and stone.  Not to be used on wood or aluminum.  When applying more is not better.  Algae Armor retards algae growth by removing sub-surface water and food from Gleucaosa Magma Algae.

The Difference between Mildew and Algae

Mildew and Algae are airborne living organisms which can blemish the appearance of almost any tile roof or building material.
What is the difference you might ask?  Mildew is a fungus, whereas algae is a plant.
Mildew is identifiable as a blackish gray stain that appears like dirt, but doesn't come off with detergent.  Algae is  typically green, black or orange,  which also does not remove with detergent.

Back to business, this is a beautiful home at Cheval in Tampa Florida. Only one thing missing is the roof needs some serious attention.
