We are half way through the restoration project at Fleet Landing. Hurricane Irene did manage to throw our schedule into chaos. The next step will be applying the second color flash.

20 year old tile roof has been cleaned with RTC 5000 Roof Tile Cleaner. and is now ready for Hydro-Bond, the first step of the Hydro-Sheen Tile Roof Glaze System.

Wedgewood Blue Slurry Coat
Due to the fact that the tile roof has not been sealed since it's installation, the elements were allowed to break down the Wedgewood Blue slurry coat, resulting in damage to the color and the surface of the slurry coat as evidenced in the above photographs.
