The tile roof was glazed with the Hydro-Sheen Tile Roof Glaze System in 1994. Under the custom color is basically every color of roof tile that was available. The developer wanted a signature color, and this is that we designed for them. PLEASE NOTE: One of the tenants chose to go with a different company and a cheaper roof paint. This roof paint has failed, and they have no warranty. You truly do get what you pay for.
